Detox Your Skin
Our skin detoxes about 30% of our waste according to Dr. Sam Bailey. I like to help this process with some clays and aluminum free baking soda to help my skin do the work. Adding Angelpaste afterward keeps my skin silky smooth!
There are over 17 ways to protect your skin barrier while removing dead skin. I use a dry brush before I bathe to get rid of toxins, stimulate new collagen growth, rid myself of dead and dull skin and massaging the fascia. It’s kind of like a work out too! Detox baths are incredibly important for our skin and our health so after I dry brush I get in a hot bath with 1 cup of citric acid, baking soda (aluminum free), bentonite clay, Himalayan sea salt, epsom salt, and a clean soap like borax or castile soap. I soak for 20 minutes while scrubbing with my scrubby towel that reaches every part of my body. I also dunk my head and hair as much as I can. Then after I drain the bath I take a regular shower using a clean soap and sugar scrub to moisturize and polish my skin. Angelpaste Miracle Cream after and a nice relaxing snuggle in a cotton robe and my detox bath is complete! I try to do this at least every 3 weeks. If I buy in bulk I can get this for about 10 dollars per bath. I do this for my health as well because my body is being inundated with heavy metals, toxins and other things and I have to do everything I can to get them out. Supplements like N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) are amazing and I take it every day. I’m not a doctor and am only relaying my personal experience and I don’t recommend any of this to you without consulting with your own healer. God Bless you.
Dead Skin Looks Dull
Body brushing is one of the best ways to keep your skin healthy. It also increases overall circulation if done in upward strokes about once a week.
Before you bathe, dry brush your entire body to remove the dead skin cells. By doing so you’re forcing your body to create new skin that’s smoother and softer. You want to treat this new skin right - so give it the gift of healing with Angelpaste Miracle Cream which is full of vitamins, moisture and mimic the natural barrier your body creates to protect it. The only time you need to use Angelpaste Miracle Cream is after you’ve taken a bath (because water is drying), washed your skin with soap (because soap strips your natural barrier), or swum in a body of water. The best part about Angelpaste is that you don’t need to use it everyday like other lotions because its not full of water like most lotions.
Most lotions start with water as the first ingredient because it’s inexpensive. Then they put a gummy cheap thickener and a few good ingredients as well like vitamins and oils from plants. They do that so you think you’re getting all of those nutrients in your skin when you’re actually just putting mostly water, thickener, and alcohol on your skin. This is why your skin gets chapped hours after using other lotions. This puts your skin in a vicious cycle that also makes the company more money because you like the smell, you think it has good ingredients in it and it isn’t expensive. It can sit on the shelf for years and not go bad because of the preservatives in it. This makes for great profit margins but not so great skin.
Dry brushing, preferably with the Elemis Dry Brush (I know its pricey but it is the best one I’ve found), not only gives your skin a boost by ridding you of that dead skin layer but it can improve your circulation too! Gorgeous skin starts with it being smooth and even colored. Dry brushing regularly makes your produce new skin and if you feed it Miracle Cream right away you’ll achieve more luminous, younger looking skin. It can also help reduce cellulite which also makes skin look more even by releasing the puckered skin from the fascia of the muscles behind the fat layer.
Sit in front of the TV with your dry brush and start at your ankle brushing up toward your knee on your entire lower calf. I like to do several strokes until I can see the dead skin flying off the brush. Pay extra attention to the knees because they usually have extra dead skin on them and can sometimes have discoloration because of it. Then go from the knee up the thigh and focus extra attention (and massage) on the backs of the thighs because they tend to have more cellulite (in women). Then do circular motions on your butt cheeks (do this more gently). I usually start on my arms next going from hands to upper arm and then circular motions around the elbows. Sometimes I’ll do a gentle scrub on my belly as well but usually skip my chest because the skin is extra sensitive. I’ll usually use a scrubby acrylic towel for the chest and back and back of neck. It’s great for swim suit season because your skin will reflect light in the sun and glow naturally!
Your skin is porous and what you put on it goes into your blood stream. The only ingredients in Angelpaste Miracle Cream are natural oils from plants, fruits and nuts and it is NUTS how soft your skin will be! Order now for the softest, healthiest and most beautiful skin of your life!
