Many people come to this site as a last resort after traditional medicine has failed to treat their skin conditions. They often tell me they had perfect skin their entire lives, only for a disorder like psoriasis to suddenly pop up "out of nowhere."

Based on clinical studies and years of anecdotal evidence, I believe these sudden flare-ups happen because of a long-term, quietly impaired skin barrier.   • Avoid open skin: Never apply lactic acid to actively bleeding, cracked, or severely raw psoriatic lesions, as this will cause intense burning and potential inflammation. 

  • Combine for efficiency: Many dermatologists recommend using over-the-counter lotions like Angelpaste Miracle Cream with Lactic Acid  which pairs lactic acid with barrier-supporting ceramides to maximize scale removal. 

  • Prep with a warm bath: Taking a brief, warm bath before applying your lactic acid cream helps soften the scales first, allowing the product to penetrate more effectively.
