Brow Lift Exercise - Lift Your Lovely Eyes
Put three fingers on each of your hands on your eyebrows with your palms perpendicular to your face.
Keeping your eyes open, push your eyebrows up and out FIRMLY while at the same try using your forehead muscles to scowl angrily. - Do this for 5 seconds.
Repeat again for 5 seconds and do not close your eyes.
Do this one more time but this time for 10 seconds and close your eyes. Repeat the entire exercise once daily.
Your eyes will immediately be lifted! I like to use Angelpaste afterward to smooth out the forehead.
Smooth Your Lines and Relax Your Mind
Before you go to bed after you’ve done your skin care (Angelpaste!) get a normal piece of scotch tape about 2 inches long and put it between your eyebrows on your forehead where the line that forms when you make an angry face.
Not only will this help smooth the lines on your forehead but it will make your sleep more relaxing. This angry face can signal your brain to be worried. So have no worries! Tape your face!
Facial Massage - De Puff Your Face
Wash your hands and apply Angelpaste or whatever oil you like to make your face slippery.
The three fingers of each hand will always start in the center of your face and go to the outer part of your face.
Start at the center of the forehead and GENTLY as if you’re wiping something away - wipe toward the temple five times.
Start under the eyes where the nose meets the face and wipe gently toward the ears five times.
Now we start at the chin and wipe toward the ears five times.
Now we start at the ears and gently wipe down toward the neck five times.
The entire exercise should last about 20 seconds. Do this daily to DePuff your face!
